​​​Sean handles various commercial matters and counsels clients concerning their estate planning in the United States.  Sean has assisted small business owners execute their succession planning, gifting, and stock transfers.  


Admitted to practice in NY and NJ in 2005, and the District of Columbia in 2006, Sean has represented American Express, as well as other financial institutions during the course of his career. In particular, he has managed local counsel in multiple jurisdictions for the collection, litigation, and settlement of consumer debts. Including his admission to the U.S. Supreme Court, Sean is also admitted to the Federal District Courts of New Jersey as well as the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.  


Sean earned his B.A. and Master of Music degree from Binghamton University and his Juris Doctor degree from The University of Akron School of Law, where he was a Trial Team Champion.
