José acts as Outside Counsel to the firm and is located in Barcelona, Spain.  ​José is the founder and managing attorney of Fenus Legal in Barcelona, and has more than 25 years of experience in the areas of corporate, intellectual property, and real property law within Spain and the European Union.  

José’s practice includes the following areas: 

• Corporate Structure, Governance, Finance, Shareholder, and Compliance Matters; 
• Mergers and Acquisitions;
• Unfair Competition;
• Data Protection and Compliance;
• Intellectual Property Rights;
• Residential and Commercial Real Estate Sales and Purchases; and
