​​​Glenn is Of Counsel to the firm. Glenn has more than 30 years of experience in the areas of federal and state tax law and both civil and criminal litigation. Glenn’s practice includes corporate and individual taxpayer representation, litigation in federal and state tax courts, plaintiff and defendant representation in commercial litigation, and criminal defense representation in federal and state prosecutions.

Glenn has 15 years of experience in government service, including the U.S. Treasury Department and the Internal Revenue Service, where he served in a variety of positions including Revenue Officer, Appeals Officer/Appellate Conferee, Special Agent, and Group Manager. Glenn also served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office, Rackets Bureau. Glenn has been in private practice since 1988 and has served as a legal analyst on various television programs such as ABC Primetime Live.
